I had to call Road Runner Tech Support when I got home today. Now I've been scheduled for a service call for tomorrow morning. Hopefully they can fix this blasted cable modem. Right now I'm using the remote access dial-up service that UC offers to its students. It's running hella slow. I got used to the cable modem loading everything so quickly, that it is hard to be patient when a page is loading on a dial up server.
